Her repertoire includes crafting your dream cake with authentic Italian recipes or popular custom cakes tailored to suit various occasions, be it a formal event or an everyday dinner. Meet the Baker
I'm Barbara, and I embarked on an exciting journey to the U.S. with my family, driven by my husband's work. Back in Italy, my fondest memories were tied to family gatherings and simple, homemade desserts — cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates, breads, and focaccia, all lovingly served at every meal.

My love for baking traces back to my childhood, spent kneading dough with my grandmothers and discovering the magic of homemade cakes, which I'd proudly share with friends during my teenage years.

Upon arriving in the U.S., I was surprised to find so few real pastry shops. I couldn't understand how people lived without the vibrant bakeries I had cherished in Italy, filled with such a wide variety of treats. What struck me most was how limited the dessert options were here, many tasting more of sugar than of the ingredients they were meant to celebrate. As a lifelong dessert lover, I felt compelled to bridge this gap by bringing authentic Italian pastries to my new community — something different from the typical Italian cookies commonly found in the U.S.

With determination, I turned my passion into a thriving business, built from the ground up. My bakery now offers a variety of Italian treats, bringing joy to myself and to the local community. I'm also happy to share my recipes through baking classes, passing on the traditions that mean so much to me. It's a dream come true, and I'm thrilled to share the taste of Italy with everyone who walks through my doors.
